Dunglemart.com

About us

A marketplace
Nigerians can trust

Dunglemart exists so that buying online in Nigeria stops being a gamble — verified sellers, protected payments, and a return policy that means something.

How it
works

Three steps, and you can see where the order is at every one.

  1. 1

    Find it

Browse by category or search directly. Listings show real stock levels, so nothing you add to the basket turns out to be unavailable.

  2. 2

    Pay your way

Card, bank transfer or USSD through Flutterwave — in full, or across instalments on the products that offer a plan.

  3. 3

    Track it home

Follow the order from packed to delivered. If something arrives wrong, raise a return from your account within seven days.

Why we built Dunglemart

Shopping online in Nigeria has long carried a quiet tax: the risk that the item never arrives, arrives broken, or arrives as something else entirely. People learned to pay on delivery, to buy only from sellers they already knew, and to accept that a refund was an argument rather than a right.

Dunglemart is our attempt at the other version. Sellers are verified before they can list. Payments go through Flutterwave rather than a private account, so the money is traceable. Stock levels are real, so the basket does not lie to you. And a return inside seven days is a process, not a favour.

For vendors, the deal is meant to be just as plain: a store of your own, a dashboard that shows what sold, and payouts you can follow. Nigerian traders built this market long before any platform arrived — the point is to hand them a bigger counter, not to stand between them and the customer.

What we stand for

Six things we check ourselves against when a decision is close.

Trust before growth

Every vendor is verified before they can list, and every payment runs through a PCI-DSS compliant processor. We would rather grow slowly than grow on the back of a scam.

The customer decides

From checkout to returns, the test for any decision is whether it makes things better for the person buying — not whether it makes a number go up this quarter.

Vendors are partners

Nigerian sellers built this market long before we arrived. Our job is to give them tools and reach, not to squeeze them on commission.

Reach beyond Lagos

Good products should not stop at the city limits. We keep widening the courier network so an order to Maiduguri is as ordinary as one to Ikeja.

Room to pay

Instalment plans exist because a fair price should not depend on having the whole amount today. Buy what you need, pay across months, no hidden charge.

Fix the boring things

Search that finds the thing. Tracking that updates. Refunds that arrive. The unglamorous parts are what make a marketplace worth returning to.
